Delicious art

I'm finally starting to feel like I'm getting back on top of this drawring stuff. Man, it really sucks when you slide into one of those dreaded slumps. Unfortunately mine lasted for almost two years. Plus it gets compounded when you're working so much too. I've got my full time job, which barely manages to pay the bills, so I've been working on the side to make up for the rest. Between the two, I've just been physically and artistically stressed. I'm starting to find release again in the process of creation, so look for more coming from me.

Aside from that, I recently saved up enough pocket change to plunk down on the Adobe CS 4 Master Suite. And I must say, "RIGHTEOUS!" (In my best Keanu Reeves voice.) Definitely worth every penny. It feels really good working with software that I actually own again. Also, I'm expecting on a career change soon. While I've had this love/hate relationship with video game animation, I'm come to realize that it just isn't my path. So, I'm planning on moving along to explore other opportunities.
